No, you need a valid ID from any state that proves that you are 21 years old or older.

One person can be gifted up to one ounce, within a 24 hour span. For example, Bobby who is 21 from Indiana, can be gifted one ounce of flower on Monday morning and can come back again on Tuesday to be gifted another. He cannot come back Monday night, though.
